New America Financial Corporation’s mission is to assist homeowners with a low cost, easily accessible and hassle free residential mortgage loan through our retail branch network and a call center structure.

New America Financial Corporation (“NAFC”) was organized as a corporation under the laws of the State of Maryland on November 1, 2006. The company was started by Michael Rappaport, possessing over twenty-five years of experience in the mortgage origination and banking industry. The focus of NAFC will be to originate both Agency quality and Government residential mortgage loans.

The Corporate and Call Center office incorporate all corporate personnel, underwriting staff, accounting staff, compliance department, call center and marketing center, as well as the origination branch that services our regional marketing area. All underwriting, legal, compliance and accounting functions are centralized out of the corporate headquarters location. Each branch origination office is set up primarily as an origination and processing office with six to ten loan officers and one to two processors per location.
